Product Lifecycle Manager Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Product Lifecycle Manager - 3 months - Maidenhead Global FMCG client is looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager who will be responsible for the portfolio management/life cycle process for all brands focusing on introduction, growth, maturity and decline. The role will focus on 2 main activities: New Product Introduction: provides management of supply chain activities and resources that are needed for effective tech transfer and market launch of new products. Typically leads/supports multiple projects of varying levels of complexity and business impact across all six markets. Life Cycle Management: supports assigned commercially marketed products within a specific business group or product portfolio, and assists with multiple aspects of product strategy, supply chain management, and inventory management for the assigned portfolio. Position will support project work across multiple product portfolios/countries. Product portfolio may consist of multiple mature products, small to high total sales, with a medium impact of a potential recall or stock out. Experience: - Previous experience within supply chain environment - Focus on project management/change management - Lifecycle management experience preferred - Familiarity with specific legislation preferred - egGMP, ISO requirements Knowledge, Skills and capabilities: - Ability to apply project and personal leadership to successfully achieve project, team and individual goals. - Ability to share knowledge and personal experience with peers. Coach others when appropriate. - Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles. - Ability to target their communications as appropriate for the audience and make presentations to a small to medium sized audience. - Ability to influence others in a Matrix environment - Ability to challenge the status quo and evaluate processes to determine if refinements would enhance speed of results and productivity or quality &/or Ability to work with Continuous Improvement tools. - Strong project management skills required - Demonstrated aptitude for diagnostics and problem-solving, training and oral and written communications Spring Technology is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
