Skills: Teamwork,IT skills,Time Management,Communication skills,Administration,Flexibility ,Organisational,Initiative,Trading,Excel Skills,Numerical skills Sectors: FMCG Text title: The role Our Trading Administrators work in a fast paced dynamic department supporting the Trading Managers to ensure smooth day to day operation of the Department. They use our internal IT systems to manage the Product Price File Management of Product Price Files via GUI/BCP systems. Their involvement in the promotional cycles is crucial where they are responsible for the management, collation and production of the information within the established timelines. Our Trading Administrators look after all administrative aspects of our product listings including generating new products on the system and ensure that there is a focus on protecting and increasing the integrity of the overall product price file, while maintaining branch target margin protection and maintenance. They are also required to proactively manage and resolve retailer and supplier queries, supplier invoice generation and have a proactive involvement in BWG Communication vehicles (CRM/Bulletin Board/Admin Pool). Our Trading Administrators will be required to generate bespoke reports (using Diver/Excel resources) and carry out other administration duties as directed by the Trading Manager.
