Text title: Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:Full eCommerce P&L Responsibility for a key MicksGarage.com market Ensure an excellent user experience and market leading eCommerce position, driving programmes which support the acquisition, development and retention of customers. Onsite merchandising to include cross-sell, up-sell, landing pages, promotion creation, messaging and execution designed to increase both conversion and AOV. Budgetary management; optimisation of spend across offline / online channels to maximize value for money Management of SEO, PPC and Affiliate strategy including reviewing, challenging and optimising performance from third party providers. Maintenance and management of on-site Search and optimising conversion. Design, delivery and management of Email and social marketing strategy, to include reporting, analysis and enhancement. Managing any applicable third party relationships. Management of content, UX, conversion rate optimisation, analytics, A/B and multi-variant testing, including defining test scenarios and recommending functional website enhancements. Create and maintain trading and objective calendars designed to support company strategy. Maximize brand(s) awareness both online and offline with a key focus on driving sales of “own label†products. Working closely with the procurement and marketing teams to plan online activity, range launches, promotions and key product themes ensuring a flawless online execution. Highlighting buying, merchandising, operational and trading opportunities for MicksGarage.com. Conduct regular in-depth analysis to identify and establish growth opportunities and ensure competitiveness and margin performance, communicating meaningful insights and actionable data Establish and communicate daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce trading reporting (KPI's), summarizing performance, highlighting any changes in sales patterns to relevant stakeholders, and providing recommendations. Effectively report trading limitations such site availability, platform functionality, stock availability, or process issues to the relevant team for resolution or development. Management of consumer reviews for both brand and product within the site(s), including managing any applicable third party relationships. Delivery of trading objectives in terms of site traffic, conversion, AOV and margin. Text title: The Person BackgroundThe ideal candidate will have 5yrs+ experience working on an eCommerce Trading team or have strong B2C retail merchandising/product management experience. Previous experience working in the UK or on driving growth in the UK markets is desired. An online marketing background with experience in Digital Marketing tactics and applications (e.g. Google Analytics) is a strong advantage.Essential SkillsCustomer focused, with a key understanding of how to drive trade. Highly creative thinker with strong analytical and communication skills. Trading mentality, able to work in a fast paced environment, drive results and evaluate success.
