Works with the relevant Customer Account Managers, Category Managers and Marketers to ensure that we deliver against our agreed category and customer priorities. Ensure resolution between Brand Building and Customer Development on trading issues which affect more than one customer.
Ensure key initiatives (e.g. NPD and Cost Price Changes etc.) are delivered across Irish customer base. Represent Customer Development in key Brand building team meetings and certain cross-functional project work Lead, own and provide focus to all Customer Development category specific elements within the internal business S&OP process. Identify and resolve governance issues. Develop and leverage key contact relationships across the UK&I Business.
Lead for the implementation of promotional guidelines, taking inputs from Brand Building, Consumer Market Insight teams and Category Management (Annual Planning process) that our competitive and within framework. Delivery of an accurate short term (0 â€" 6 months) for their specific category in line with Business Framework. Identifying, key challenges, gaps to framework and opportunities. Monthly Volume meeting attendance bringing insights, assumptions and challenge to the volumes. Monthly representation of the forecast at the BTM Manage stock allocations and tradeoffs with Customer Development informing Brand Building and Supply Chain Own category allocations and obsoletes management to ensure delivery of optimal profitability.
Governance and OPSO:
Work with the Senior Business Operations Managers to ensure delivery of the Customer Category framework. Manage tradeoffs within framework. Deliver improved category promotional effectiveness and profitability through post promotional activity evaluation, creation of events library with Customer Development Ops and constant feedback loop (Micro OPSO)
Energising and focused meetings:
Run monthly AMEX meeting for the category. Own specific Business updates for your category.
