A young and successful international beauty & cosmetics company seeks a 2IC Store Manager.
Our Australian owned company creates luxury organic cosmetics for consumers who like to indulge. We have a full range of men's and ladies' skincare, as well as make up and beauty treatment rooms in our stores across Australia, Asia and Europe. We are seeking the right person to assist us to further *DEVELOP* our brands in Australia and continue with our international expansion plans, exploring new markets and continuing to research and develop the latest in cosmetic products.
•Mentor Beauty Consultants and Beauty Therapists to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maximise sales. •Management of store personnel. •Ensure store inventory is maintained in full and replenishment orders are received in a timely manner. •Employ energetic sales techniques, work to close the sale. •Up sell or present product packages. •Achieve sales targets. •Ensure a high level of customer service handling and resolving customer issues in accordance with Company guidelines. •Maintain communication with Store Manager and Area Manager. •Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and potential customers as well enhancing customer loyalty. •Demonstrate thorough product knowledge. •Listen to the marketplace and customers' requirements. •Supervise the store and staff members. •Provide guidance, support and feedback to sales team and lead by Example. •Ensure all staff members operate according to company policies and procedures.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
•Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail Managerial position in a Cosmetics, skin care, Beauty or Luxury Brand. •Minimum 2 years in a management position in a Retail environment. •Excellent communication with strong negotiation & customer service skills Strong. •Commercial awareness with solid business acumen. •Strong Resilience and adaptive nature to change and a challenge. Passionate, personable and a true alignment to the cosmetics industry •Sales driven, results focused, success oriented personality. •Ability to lead, motivate, collaborate, coach and show consistency. •Strong business acumen and people management skills. •High level of professionalism in all aspects of the business including dress and demeanour •Excellent customer service skills. •Exceptional sales skills with determination, tenacity and confidence.
