The top priority of a Saasli Solution Delivery Engineer is to become a trusted advisor to our customers - every step of the way.As part of a high-growth start-up team, you'll be wearing many hats and be responsible for deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle, ranging from gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce and related integrated technologies, and helping ensure long-term success by on-boarding and calibrating customers' systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous projects, working with many stakeholders in a customer-facing roleBlend of business and technical acumen, with proven ability to gather functional requirements and translate to a technical solutionExperience with development lifecycle (designing business processes, documenting and communicating solutions, QA testing, troubleshooting analysis)1-2 years Salesforce experience, in an admin or developer roleAdvanced Excel experience (working with formulas, and data manipulation/cleansing)
