  • The Project Coordinator is required to utilize NetSuite's standard methodology to coordinate multiple, concurrent projects for the Professional Services Operations team. This includes planning, managing and communicating the progress of each active project with a particular focus on strategic internal projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a highly organized individual who is able to closely collaborate with Professional Services management, Project Management Office (PMO), Resource Management Office and working with various internal teams such as Finance and Human Resources. This position will work directly with the Professional Services Operations team.

    Processes, Methodology, & ToolsProvide administrative and project management support to Manager, Professional Services for various strategic initiativesPlan, manage and communicate the progress of the projects, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project.Analyzes, identifies and implements process improvements to the existing processes/procedures and reporting tools/templatesFacilitates resolution of issues and roadblocks, escalating to the Manager of PS where requiredPerform other reasonable and related duties that may include the following:oPreparing and executing reportsCreating and presenting PowerPoint presentationsoCreate manage and keep up to date the various matrix and other types of reportsoSupport for projects involving the following groups: PS OPS, PMO, Enablement, RMOoDaily/Weekly documentation and publishing of the project status reports/updates to management, as required

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Project Management focus2+ years in Project Management coordinationMastery of Microsoft Office Products, including MS Project and ExcelSkills:Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable), organizational, prioritization and time management skills.Intelligent, motivated and independent with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude.Quick learner, positive attitude, team playerFlexibility to work with multiple time zones and accommodate various launch schedulesCollaborative work style and respect for different cultures and stylesAbility to multi-task across a number of competing projectsAbility to effectively work with virtual teamsProven capability to manage Change through communication and alignment to the corporate vision.Looking to earn PMP or CAPM certification
