The Manager, Professional Services - Delivery is responsible for attaining quarterly Professional Services (PS) revenue targets, in the form of delivered billable hours. Additionally, this role is responsible for the scoping and positioning of new services engagements.
Achieve and Exceed PS Revenue and Profitability ObjectivesEnsure team billable utilization targets are metAttain quarterly PS revenue targetsSupport the sales cycle through scoping and approval of PS engagements, Executive-level prospect meetings and Solution reviewsManage project portfolio to ensure quality, on-time and on-budget implementations using a mix of global resourcesIncrease the Value of the NetSuite Application for CustomersExpand PS sales in existing customer baseBecome trusted adviser to the Customer through implementation lifecycle and beyondTeam with Account Management and Client Management teams to promote user adoption and effective use of NetSuite, and support renewal effortsCollaborate with NetSuite partners during services engagementsEnsure High Customer Satisfaction and ReferencabilityResponsible for adhering to highest quality standards in project deliveryManage executive-level customer relationships and provide team oversight through NetSuite implementationServe as Steering Committee member on strategic projectsResponsible for project staffing and resource scheduling on a broad range of consulting engagementsContribute to company's focus on verticalization through participation in internal cross-departmental initiativesIncrease Engagement and Capabilities of PS ResourcesHire, train and manage team of new and experience resources to fulfill Practice objectivesProvide coaching and mentoring to assist in resources' career developmentBuild team's expertise and confidence in project delivery workHandle day-to-day administrative tasks such as: vacation scheduling, expense reports, time

Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level6 to 8 years of experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software providerPMP preferredStrong background in mid-market and enterprise-level Project Management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft ProjectDemonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutionsExceptional verbal and written communication is required with previous experience creating Statement of Work for new and existing customersStrong experience in Change Management and Business Process MappingExcellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation planPrevious services sales experience; comfortable interacting at the "C" levelConsulting and management experience in a SaaS environment is a plusPrevious consulting experience with the following applications: QuickBooks, Great Plains, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards
