The Business Information Centre in Finance Services is responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate management information to a large audience across the group. There are a number of teams which report under the BIC umbrella, Group Performance Reporting, Credit Risk, operational MI and Retail Ireland reporting.BIC are responsible for supporting the production, maintenance and driving continuous improvement initiatives for its stakeholders and business units across the group.

Amend and adapt reporting to reflect any business changes as requested.Liaising with retail business unit end users to gather business requirements to ensure key deliverables are achieved.
