Molecular Imaging Director - Neurosciences - Translational Medicine

This newly created position at Director level takes accountability for molecular imaging strategies (specifically PET) to support the my clients Neuroscience portfolio.
Using novel approaches and new techniques in molecular imaging, the key focus of the work will be at the translational stage - working across preclinical studies (in vivo) and also in human studies using biomarkers and working with cross-functional supporting teams.
You will also help to support the aims of later stage drug development teams by integrating imaging data & results to support these strategies.
This position will allow you to will act as a project lead to support existing and new novel projects in discovery and early stage development as well as working with supporting CRO's and acting as a principal investigator when partnering academic groups and specialist Neuroimaging centres.
Using your combined expertise with molecular imaging and clinical study / clinical trial development, this will see you making a strong contribution to my clients CNS drug development pipeline.
This new role requires expertise in PET neuro molecular imaging and drug development in translational medicine and early stage clinical development. Medical training in Neurology would be advantageous although not essential.
