Skills: IT,Technology,Motivational leadership ,Stakeholder management ,IT Project Management,Vendor Management,Facilitator,Strategic Stakeholder Management,IT Project Manager Sectors: Technology Text title: Projects Responsible for the initiation, management and delivery of company projects through full lifecycle and following standard project management and change delivery methodologyDrive delivery of projects to ensure project objectives are achieved within the ChangeDelivery framework and within scope, budget, timeline and quality expectations and through defined governance and gating processesResponsible for managing several projects simultaneouslyProduce project plan documents identifying the objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, resources and budget for the project.On multi-vendor projects ensure that integration testing is planned for up front and included in project timelines and costs.Manage Change Control on projects, ensuring that implications of scope changes are understood and agreed, following formal Change Control and Governance processesOwn project commercials, agreeing initial budget and tracking actual costs ensuring no project overruns. This includes managing the creation of purchase orders.Ensure approved funding in place as required throughout project lifecycleNegotiate vendor price proposals, securing inputs from appropriate stakeholders to validate price proposals and ensure value for moneyCreate and maintain Quality Management Plan Ensure customer experience is considered, defined and managed as a deliverable on projectsDrive cross functional planning across all parties involved in the project, ensuring all parties aligned to overall project plan. Track and manage this alignment throughout project lifecycle - maintain project planEnsure sign off on project deliverables in accordance with agreed project scheduleEnsure tasks completed in accordance with project schedule and proactively resolve any slippage in planAgree project organisation and ensure required resources are assigned in accordance with the project planFully understand and rigorously manage project risks and issues, driving successful mitigation, resolution and escalation as required - maintain Risk & Issues LogManage dependencies across all streams within the project, both business and technology, and across other projects in a release, monitoring overall end state and project objectives - maintain Dependencies LogProduce project closure reports and contribute to lessons learned activitiesCreate and maintain full suite of project documentation Text title: Key Accountabilities Customers, Suppliers and Third Parties:Proactive management of IT vendors and third parties on the project to ensure deliverables are on time, as specified and match agreed quality standardsNegotiate commercials for each project, including using existing framework arrangements where applicable, focussing primarily on work effort.
