We are recruiting team members to help generate leads and opportunities to sell Natero Customer Success platform and associated services to SaaS Companies. Whilst the ultimate purpose of this role is to help achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets, these roles are primarily focused on lead generation and delivering prospects to receive demonstrations, which are delivered by Natero experts.

    Develop leads within EMEA SaaS market by establishing contact with prospects through email and phone working from an industry database and social media platforms. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, in bound inquiries and downloads.Use your experience to develop and qualify and manage sufficient leads so that the required number of leads covert into demo opportunities. Be able to qualify prospects to focus your efforts on productive demo opportunities by identifying customers with a valid need, a desire, a budget and likelihood to receive a demo and advance to trial within the current quarter.Responding with appropriate mix of information - online information, brochures, and references, and setting up demos with Natero team. Identify situations where additional team member expertise is required and set up meetings with the relevant team member and the prospect.Maintain a level of customer contact and relationship management, being alert for opportunities to upsell additional services. Manage any pre or post sales help requests from customers and escalate for help as needed.Be Proactive- capture customer feedback on product, services, pricing, competition, suggestions for enhancements - anything that can help develop our value proposition to ensure your success, the team's success and the customers success.
