While the ultimate purpose of this role is to help is achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets, these roles will be broader than most Inside Sales roles and will offer more interest, variety, development and learning to suitable candidates.

    Develop leads within a defined target market by establishing contact with prospects through email and phone working from an industry database and social media platforms. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, in bound enquiries and downloads and provide appropriate mix of information - online information, brochures, references, and online demos where possible.Use your experience to develop, qualify and manage sufficient leads so that the required number of opportunities converts into sales to achieve revenue targets. Be able to qualify prospects quickly to focus on productive business development opportunities by identifying and focusing on customers with a valid need, a desire, a budget and likelihood to trial and purchase to within the current quarter.Identify situations where additional team member expertise is required and set up meetings with the relevant tem member and the prospect. Assist with customer onboarding and support to get them started and receiving value quickly. Using your own knowledge, online and other resources and escalate any issues quickly for team assistance.Maintain a level of customer contact and relationship management, being alert for opportunities to upsell additional services. Manage any post sales help requests from customers.Attend customers onsite where required to provide additional support and training and relationship managementBe Proactive- capture customer feedback on products, services, pricing competition, suggestions for enhancements - anything that can help develop our value proposition to ensure your success, the team's success and the customer's success.
