We are seeking for a person to join our revenue-driving, customer- facing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping new customers learn about StackAdapt's native advertising platform, and helping existing customers maximize the platform's potential. The customer success representative will also assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve service and increase efficiency within the department.As well as offering support to StackAdapt's self-serve account holders, the candidate will communicate with clients on a regular basis to make campaign recommendations. He/she will also work on the platform's quality assurance and provide technical support to clients as required. This is a customer-facing role so exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
