You will help build the best travel experience for Busbud customers all over the world. Nothing less.You'll be in charge of customer support, which is our main means of communication with customers. You'll help solve any and all problems our customers might come across. In the process, you'll share your findings with the wider team and with our partners. You'll become THE Busbud customer expert. And as you'll be interacting with all teams (product, engineering, business development, marketing), you'll regularly make recommendations to improve the quality of every aspect of our service. It's a lot to manage, but fear not! You'll be working alongside the rest of the most excellent Customer Experience team who will help you learn everything you need to know.
