Transition Manager Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl For newly set up SSC in Lodz we are seeking experienced candidates for the position of Transition Manager. Main tasks: coordinate transition of processes from various European locations to SSC in Lodz. work closely with Transition Team and Business Functional Leads across various business units to design and execute the implementation of project plans related to process migration. provide professional expertise and define the best delivery model for the process. find improvement areas, drive efficiencies and simplification in the process, manage and resolve issues. ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of the process documentation. REQUIREMENTS 5 years of experience in SSC/BPO environment. 3 years of experience as Transition Lead/Manager and in leading transition projects as well as change management initiatives. previous experience in process design and improvement. understanding of process migration methodology. very good English skills. University degree. openness for frequent travelling.
