Purpose of role: Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in ensuring successful delivery of support services. To support the running of the office including administrative tasks. To build relationships with existing support customers and support the internal technical teams. Main duties: Track support contract start and end dates to ensure contracts are renewed in a timely fashion Understand each contract and the SLA's agreed Producing internal and external management reports Supporting the Operations Manager; implementation of processes, contracts, statement of works and other administrative tasks Co-ordinate the internal teams to ensure hours of support are covered and customers are aware of rota's Respond to incoming calls, including the Service Desk if required Support the Service Desk processes and where necessary resolve incidents and problems against each client SLA and ensure the team are keeping the customer updated at all times Work with managers to deliver new services into the service desk General Administrative work such as creating documents, post, supporting senior management with hotel bookings, customer onsite visits, newsletters, events and generally keeping the office organised Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication skills Self motivated and driven Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines To be well organised Key Relationships: Internal Operations Manager Service Desk Team Leader Consultants Finance Senior leadership team External Customers Other suppliers Kontakt: Aplikuj teraz Ogłoszenie pochodzi z serwisu Jobs.pl .
