    An accomplished Blue Chip organisation based in Exeter require an accomplished Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to join them ASAP for an on-going opportunity.

    You will be employed via ourselves Ajilon and working on site with the client while being rewarded with a regular salary, holidays, Life Cover, Medical cover and more!

    Key Skills:

    1. A strong background in the position of Receptionist ideally within a blue chip client (not essential)

    2. A strong administration skill set including the use of Word & Excel.

    3. Strong attention to detail and driven personality is essential

    4. Experience of working within a team and being a strong team player.

    5. Local and immediately available candidates are preferred

    The Role:

    • Reception Duties (Post. Call, messages, visitors log)
    • General Administrative support
    • Organising and planning of meetings and looking after meeting room facilities.
    • Support a variety of business needs, from greeting visitors and quests to looking after the visitors centre.
    • Act as the point of contact for colleagues/external people requiring urgent information or support
    • As required support marketing activities including customer open days
    • Work closely with the Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the administrative side of the offices
    • To understand the HR and IT policy's and processes
    • Take away some/all of the administration burdens placed upon colleagues allowing them to focus on their specialist areas and thereby facilitate the profitable growth in the business.
