  • Our client is Looking for Junior Project Manager (Customer Service Support) based in their offices in Croydon, you will be helping to support our Client Services Team (Customer Helpdesk, Administration, and Implementation) around our Employee Benefits Software solution, this will cover existing and new clients from initial client meetings through to full roll out and post implementation review.

    As a Junior Project manager you will report to the Head of Client services and will be working with clients, members, suppliers, and internal teams to provide specialist knowledge and take ownership of any issues or queries. Key responsibilities and duties will include:
    • Supporting the Helpdesk Team with Inbound telephone/email/online chat enquiries from our members on a daily basis
    • Supporting the Administration Team with inbound telephone/email queries from our client contacts
    • Assisting with any Project Plans generated from internal or external teams
    • Being present with the Implementing, validating and testing of New Client Intranets, and assisting wherever possible
    • Establish and develop working relationships with clients HR / Finance / IT departments
    • Provide client training for both Software and Administration aspects
    • Meet project deadlines and timeframes and manage client's expectations
    You will ideally have:
    • Have first-hand experience of a business Customer Service Helpdesk or Administration Team
    • Over two years' project management and implementation of employee benefits schemes
    • Demonstrate excellent Interpersonal skills (influencing, negotiation and listening)
    • The ability to plan and manage resources for project implementation / management
    • Skilled in Report writing and presentation, for both clients and internal teams
    • Understanding of PRINCE 2 methodology
    • Excellent MS Excel and data manipulation skills
