For our Client's new Shared Services Centre in Wrocław, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of : German/ French speakers - new SSC Duties: Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer and documents incidents in  systems. Proactively keeps customer informed Involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing through internal tools Liaises with other Departments. Focuses on developing knowledge in specific product or operating environments.
