You will be required to efficiently set up new customers plans keeping the financial adviser informed at all times whilst building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Build and strengthen independent partnerships with both sales consultants and Financial Advisers. Effective management of portfolio of cases. Providing a high level of Customer Service. Setting up and keying in new customer applications Adapt and support sales partnerships with specialist knowledge, outstanding service and tailored communication. Required Skills: Experience of working within a customer focused role Excellent communications kills both written and verbal Pro-active and use your initiative in improving customer experience. Possesses a can do attitude and volunteer for new challenges. Excellent PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Excel.
