    Key Responsibilities:

    • Primary responsibility for ensuring compliance and consistency with the administration procedures of the commercial contracts department

    • Responsible for assisting with contract production, negotiations, including drafting and editing Standard templates for new contracts, extensions and other communications

    • Administration and upkeep of filing system of our contracts templates

    • To document and complete contract summaries, capturing key details within terms and conditions

    • To collate and prepare information for various stakeholders in the business

    • To manage and keep contracts database updated

    • To manage mailbox and respond to requests for information from sales and recruiters where appropriate

    • Validating and processing all permanent and contract placements, in line with the correct work flow, legislation and best practice

    • Ensure returned contracts are logged, passed for countersigning, documented and returned to each party for their records

    • Ensure weekly contract chases are completed for the return of signed contracts for clients

    • Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to maintain a high standard within contracts administration.

    Key skills required:

    • Strong ability to work autonomously

    • Some generic knowledge of contracts
    • Strong communication and co-ordination skills

    • Ability to work proactively within a team environment

    • Ability to evaluate and balance individual workload through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills

    • Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of business policies and establish best practice

    • Strong written and oral skills to effectively communicate messages

    • Willingness and ability to undertake further training and development related to the role
