  • The Sales Operations team within the Go To Market (GTM) division of our company is recruiting a Business Support Executive to provide administrative support to stakeholders and business units including the GTM Sales Training Academy.

    Provide effective and efficient administrative support to GTM Sales Academy, GTM Directors and Sales Team.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • The organisation and co-ordination of New Starter pre-joining requirements including Logistics, IT equipment, HR data and Training Materials
    • Office Management administrative support for the GTM Team including liaising with other service departments across the company such as IT, Finance or Facilities, ordering supplies and stationary, managing travel requirements, order processing and financial reports.
    • Support Key Stakeholders and Directors with a mix of regular and ad hoc tasks: key event diary management including organising attendees, catering and facilitation of organiser requests, incentive ordering and allocation management, reports and survey requests etc.
    • SupportGTM Sales Training Academy with a range of administrative support including:
      • Event management, correspondence and communication, proactive planning, typing up documents, data entry, research, project management and process documentation and design
    • Support PA group with administrative tasks or key events as and when necessary.
    • Proactively identify and initiate improvements to current processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
    • Be organised and able to work to deadlines, capable of multi-tasking/prioritising and able to manage numerous people's expectations
    • Have a good work ethic, be articulate, outgoing and able to communicate well verbally and in writing
    • Be calm, diligent and have excellent attention to detail
    • Want to be part of a growing team that works hard and celebrates success together
    • Be flexible, creative and able to demonstrate initiative
    • Competent in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • An interest in Learning and Development would be desired
