Compliance Auditor provides comprehensive administrative support on an employment intermediary reporting dealing with all exceptions and escalations throughout the process. The Compliance Auditor will be responsible for data verification and production of correct and completed HMRC reports as well as various audits and reports for the Compliance Team.
Verifies data obtained by on-boarders
Maintains internal database
Using Excel and other relevant software, prepare reports as required in a usable and accessible format.
Audits, monitors and provides advice in respect of data quality across the data recorded within the system in accordance with the internal Quality Assurance Policy and as directed by the Compliance/Risk Teams
Prepares, presents, analyses and quality checks reports on a weekly basis that will be required to be lodged with HMRC quarterly
Implementation of internal controls around data associated with the HRMC reporting requirements
Prepare a report of audit findings incorporating weekly/monthly KPIs and best practice solutions to be discussed with CM
Presents and submits HMRC reports in HMRC approved templates on a quarterly basis before deadline.
