    Administrator - 3 Month Contract - Immediate Start

    We are recruiting for one of the nation's largest commercial companies who provide an extensive range of construction services including construction management, general contracting, design and build and preconstruction.

    The Role:

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive Administrator to join our team in Raynesway, Derby on a 3 month temporary contract. As the successful candidate you will provide a wide range of administrative support services to the contract and be a member of a multi skilled team, providing a flexible, customer and commercially focused service ensuring all administrative functions are carried out effectively and efficiently at all times.

    Key Requirements

    • provide full administration support to project office and senior level management
    • attend meetings for taking minutes and typing up ready for distribution
    • organise site workers with documentation requirements
    • make and receive calls
    • diary management
    • book meeting rooms and prepare ahead of meetings
    • accurate data entry on to spread-sheets and databases
    • stationary ordering
    • ensure correct procedure for accommodation and travel is followed
    • filing, scanning and photocopying
    • dealing with incoming and outgoing post
    • raise invoices and enter journals onto Oracle
    • ad-hoc duties as and when required from management

    • excellent Microsoft office skills - Excel/Word
    • Oracle R12 experience - Advantageous
    • construction company experience - Advantageous
