Administrative Assistant (Receptionist) Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Are you an administrative professional experienced with supporting the operations of a commercial Real Estate company? Are you looking for your next career move in the North York area? Join us as in this permanent full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist opportunity! We're a Toronto-grown mid-sized property development & commercial property management firm - so you'll have a chance to do so much more than just greet our guests and take incoming calls. As the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist , you will also often use your skills preparing and editing a wide array of documents, such as commercial leases, letters, offers and agreements, as well as updating the tenant directory and company newsletter on a regular basis. No two days will be the same - we are looking for a dynamic, collaborative person to enhance our team, and help to maintain our sterling reputation. You would be communicating time-sensitive tenant inquiries to the Property Manager and Building Operator, following up on those requests in a timely manner, as well as filing and organizing documentation as well. We'd love to get to know you if you are passionate about Real Estate and have: The ability to manage your time efficiently and work on several high-priority tasks concurrently; A strong sense of organization; A keen eye for detail; The ability to make judgment calls and problem-solve when emergency situations arise; Proactive - when you see something that needs doing, you jump right in! And, of course, these qualifications: Strong familiarity with the real estate/property management field required, previous experience in a commercial property management firm is strongly preferred; Minimum 2 years' experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant required; Advanced typing abilities and strong computer skills using MS Word and Excel; Excellent professional English language communication skills (written, spoken, listening and comprehension); Courteous in-person and telephone manner is a must.
