Administration / Office Manager Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl We are looking for a Administration / Office Manager to provide support to the State Manager and assist the state team with various administrative duties. In this role, you will liaise professionally with Aussie executive management, Aussie Sales Managers, Franchisee, Sales team, external partners and panel lenders to provide excellent support to the Region. What Does Success Look Like? • Provide proactive day to day support to State Manager, duties include: o Diary management o Screen incoming calls o Produce Word, PowerPoint, Excel documents as required o Book all travel and accommodation o Other administrative duties as required in a timely manner • Coordinate QBF executive presentations and assist in managing the timelines and actions • Provide regular and ad hoc reports, graphs and presentations to support the business • Develop efficient team administration processes and systems and manage these on behalf of the team • Monitor the submission of appropriate payroll/HR documentation and submit to State Manager for approval. Reconcile and prepare invoices in preparation for payment • Provide assistance to sales teams with various reporting requirements, such as performance of brokers and stores within their region • Provide support in Broker on-boarding process • Coordinate the induction for each broker to achieve accreditation on the system. • Communicate Aussie's policies and procedures to the brokers, & communicate brokers issues back to Aussie • Contribute to and implement initiatives / projects / sales process improvements under direction of State Manager and provide follow up support to other Sales Manager as required What will help you succeed? • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands • Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • A professional, can-do and positive approach to all tasks undertaken • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build strong working relationships with key business stakeholders • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, as well as demonstrate initiative If you are interested in this opportunity please apply now!
