The Manager, e-discovery Solutions will drive sales of electronic discovery, document review and legal staffing services into Law Firms and Corporates.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of named accounts within Law Firms and the FTSE 100 and Fortune 500Articulate Epiq's value proposition to prospects, clients, partners, and other market stakeholdersGenerate leads from cold calling and networkingParticipate in client presentations using negotiating and closing skillsDevelop deep knowledge of the features and functionality of Epiq's proprietary software, third-party software and professional service offerings.Leverage existing relationships and develop new ones with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted Law Firms and Corporations.Educate clients and prospects regarding the full range of Epiq eDiscovery technology and services via on-site client visits, conferences, events, etc. Develop and maintain an accurate list of prospects/clients as well as related pipeline and funnel activities on a regular basis within our CRM system.Attend key industry conferences or Epiq-sponsored client events.Solicit feedback on and monitor competitor services, branding and marketing approaches.Participate in sales team meetings to review pipeline activity, proposals, strategy, resources, best practices, etc.Meet or exceed sales revenue targets, as established by management.Maintain appropriate post-sales/retention contact with clients to ensure quality assurance as well as solicitation of future business.Collaborate and work closely with a variety of departments within the organization, including Marketing, Operations, Product Management and Finance.
