As an innovation leader, Zumtobel offers an exceptional range of premium luminaires and lighting control systems across the full range of applications.Job DescriptionSupport the project team with proactive quality and process management across the entire product life cycle.Manage customer complaints and define/assist with the necessary solutions.Support the Zumtobel Group with the monthly quality reports.Organise and evaluate the ongoing market observations: structure and collect customer feedback and forward the relevant inputs to the stakeholders within the organisation.Conduct structured cause analyses of product issues, ensure that the right sustainable measures are implemented according to the causative principle and continuously asses the defined measures.Define quality targets and support test planning within product development projects.Support product development teams with methods relevant for quality e.g. requirements management, FMEA, risk management.Offer support in quality management in the choice of suppliers & conduct the regular supplier audits.Your ProfileA technical qualification for example as electronics engineer, in service engineering, machine engineering or similar.After completing your studies you will have at least 3 years project experience on an international levelProfessional experience in process management and, with your qualifications, a familiarity with the principles/tools of quality management.You are familiar in detail with the EN ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.Experience in Six Sigma project management methods (Green Belt training) as well as knowledge of lighting and light solutions industry would be advantageous.Excellent German and English skills - written and spoken which ensures you are able to confidently negotiate on an international level. The salary is based on your professional qualifications and experience as well as the relevant employment market and may be significantly higher than what is payable under the collective wage agreement.
