Project Controller Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Project Controller - 3 Month Contract - Stevenage, Hertfordshire A leading Client of Modis is looking for a Project Controller who has the understanding of the factors influencing liquidity and is capable of ensuring that the project team are aware of these. An understanding of the functioning and implications of foreign exchange requirements is also essential. The Project Controller will have a thorough understanding of the interaction between financial performance (Cost/Sales, gross margin, cash & working capital) and schedule, risk, quality & contract. Joining a multidisciplinary team supporting the Project Controller will be in charge of the financial planning and monitoring of a project. Project Controller Qualifications and skills: Essential The Project Controller must have: A thorough understanding of the interaction between financial performance (Cost/Sales, Gross margin, cash and working capital) and schedule, risk, quality & contract An understanding of the factors influencing liquidity and is capable of ensuring that the project team are aware of these An understanding of the functioning and implications of foreign exchange requirements Desirable SAP knowledge is a plus CIMA would be a plus Experience in operational areas like Engineering, Manufacturing, Project is a plus Project Controller Duties and Activities Financial planning, monitoring and reporting of the project performance against budgets/targets, highlighting discrepancies and proposing mitigation actions if needed Administration of the project financials: profit & loss, cash, working capital Contributes to cash planning (Pre Deliveries/Advance Payments, European Technology Initiatives, CAPEX, inventory, supplier spend planning) Work closely with the project manager and be aware of the financial and development (technical, schedule) aspects of the project Anticipate problems, proposing ways to improve the project financial position in an independent manner Provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Management level Support the business in key project changes decisions (business cases, rates, major modifications) Manage risks and opportunities Produce on a timely and in an accurate manner the monthly project reports and the quarterly full updates of the project financial status Liaise with the contracts/commercial departments to ensure all contract changes and related tender vetting's are actioned promptly to meet financial requirements Support proposals & commercial deals For development programs, monitoring of the program through Earned Value Management, together with business stakeholders Kontakt: Aplikuj teraz Ogłoszenie pochodzi z serwisu Jobs.pl .
