Product Assurance Manager Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Product Assurance Manager - Contract 12 Months - Portsmouth, Hampshire A leading Client of Modis is looking for a Product Assurance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the relevant quality assurance controls (including hard/software and services) are in accordance with contract and the Client's Quality Management System (QMS). The Product Assurance Manager will co-ordinate the Dependability & Safety (RAMS), Materials & Processes (M&P) and EEE Parts and Software PA activities, eg analyses, PADs, RFAs, DCLs, DPL, DMPL. You will be accountable for all facets of ESA standards (ECSS-Q-ST-10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 70, 80). As the Product Assurance Manager you will lead team of assigned PA engineers, including support experts from supplier PA, EEE parts, Radiation Assurance, Materials & Processes, Dependability & Safety (RAMS), Software QA and Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) QA. The Product Assurance Manager will manage the inspection/audit of equipment throughout the manufacturing process (Mandatory Inspection Points- MIPS) along with conducting Test Readiness Reviews (TRR - pre-test) and Test Review Boards (TRBs - post-test) for parts and equipment; with suppliers, in-house staff and Customers As the Product Assurance Manager you will oversee Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR - defect management) process management, and lead major NCR defect investigations and Non-conformance Review Boards (NRB) as required. Witness testing of parts and equipment along with Conduct Delivery Review Boards (DRBs) for consent to ship. The Product Assurance Manager may be required to travel to other UK and International sites. European travel not expected to be more than 1-2 trips per month. Product Assurance Manager Qualifications and skills: Essential PA/QA experience on complex/extensive electronics based systems EN9100/ISO 9001 auditing experience, supplier evaluation and monitoring Process Control inspection of Assembly, Integration and Test activity for spacecraft payloads Monitoring and reporting of AIT process control criteria, including inspection verification of production activities, documentation records and collection/evaluation of metrics Experience of hardware development/product quality assurance Communication and interpersonal skills Proficient user of Microsoft Office software Desirable Experience of space programmes and ECSS standards High Frequency RF knowledge and optics Product Assurance Manager Previous experience Essential Inspection of critical electronic/electrical/electro-mechanical hardware Product/Quality Assurance experience on a project (not company quality system/process development) Desirable Experience in a space environment ECSS Quality standards Satellite/military products/systems design Kontakt: Aplikuj teraz Ogłoszenie pochodzi z serwisu Jobs.pl .
