Implementation & Change Manager – ECM Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Job overview: Implementation and Change Manager based in Warsaw, Poland, will be a member of SoftwareONE Global Business IT ECM (Enterprise Content Management) team, working in close relationship with other team members based in Switzerland, Poland and India. The key focus of ECM team is to deliver high quality global solutions supporting SoftwareONE internal users in various areas, ranging from corporate Intranet, through eRecruitment system, ending up with a customer facing public website. In this position, you will work on a daily basis with the rest of global ECM organization as well as internal SoftwareONE users - our customers. You will have a great chance to define, improve and implement rollout and management of change standards utilizing most modern IT solutions. You will hold the responsibility for successful implementation and adoption of solutions delivered by Business IT ECM team, being the primary bridge between the IT and the Business world, making sure our interest and involvement does not just end with last successful User Acceptance Test Responsibilities: Work closely with the rest of ECM team on ongoing pipeline of business demand Planning implementation and rollouts of new and enhanced functionalities Act as single point of contact and coordinator for country-specific or unit-specific rollouts and implementations Continuous management of change activities, including Recurring communication to Business explaining and advertising new functionalities Preparation and distribution of ECM release notes in accordance with development activities Delivering solution specific remote or onsite trainings related to new or updated functionalities Establishing and maintaining end user manuals where applicable Drive user adoption of delivered solutions by explaining and advocating new opportunities that are made available to key and power users (multiplier) Ongoing advisory to SoftwareONE Business users, bringing them to the best use of available toolset Coordinating work efforts between internal delivery teams, SoftwareONE business users and external partners Communicating achieved targets and planned objectives within the rest of the organization Define and maintain well-structured and efficient implementation processes Provide end user feedback to ECM team and participate in improvement activities Participate and contribute to ECM internal process improvement activities Continuous focus on improving implementation processes and documentation quality Coordinate and participate in testing activities as defined by the release schedules Travel occasionally, 10-15% Qualifications: IT Professional with 5yrs+ experience working in a globally distributed team in a similar position Fluent spoken and written English.
