Client Services & Support Generalist (Exam, Design & Measurement Depar Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl The Role / Responsibilities: The Client Services and Support Generalist 's core responsibilities include supporting colleagues in all aspects of examination development activities to maintain accurate examination item banks. This role is integral to the successful execution and deployment of the Exam, Design & Measurement (EDM) department's accountabilities, and EDM's role in the organization's relationship with regulators, clients and candidates. The incumbent provides consistent, accurate and reliable database maintenance and record-keeping to strengthen our relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Examination Item Bank Maintenance and Support Precise and timely data entry of highly confidential examination information in English and French, and other requisite languages. Attention to detail is fundamentally important. On request from department colleagues, work from data in the database to prepare MS Word documents in the required language for item review as per the policy and procedures in place. Assist in the operations of the certification examination cycles, assisting in item preparations, event planning and preparations and coordinating related survey and survey reporting. Customer Service Focus Responsible for providing tactful Customer Service resolutions regarding exam content queries, entailing communication with Subject Matter Experts, colleagues within EDM and to individual candidates, initiating investigations, as well as tracking and logging inquiries, and closing issues, according to the policy and procedures in place to maintain examination item banks. External Contracting Prepare contracts and statements of work for external subject matter experts, initiate OFAC searches, manage consultant files and process/log invoices as per the policy and procedures in place. Administrative Support Reconcile expenses against monthly financial reporting. Manage miscellaneous requests required to meet the Regulatory, Relations & Credentialing group and the Exam Design and Measurement team's commitments to the clients and the organization. Qualifications: Diploma or certificate in business administration. Three years' related experience. Heightened attention to detail for data entry. Ability to shift priorities quickly. Advanced level of grammatical accuracy in English and ability to self-edit effectively. Results oriented with ability to identify problems and suggest solutions Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. High standard of professionalism and ethics. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet firm deadlines Experience using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office, word processing software, spreadsheets, email and the Internet. Experience with item banking systems or other database models would be an asset. Capacity to work with colleagues who are trained in a variety of skills outside of his/her own.
