Right now we are seeking a Client Services Investigator , to be based in our Toronto office. The Investigations Group Analyst will be responsible for supporting CCT investigations by responding to the working on all bank inquiries, acting as the key link between clients, sales executives and the internal back office network. The analyst will launch investigations to related issues including: analysis, transaction investigations and ad hoc staff request for assistance as required. In addition, you will: Use analytical abilities, the analyst is able to identify and resolve transaction-related inquiries. Be knowledgeable of National and International banking and money transfer procedures and laws. Act as a resource to clients and client contact staff. Use customer service skills to respond to inquiries via phone and email. Be able to research issues and advise client and client contact staff on the best possible solution. Liaise with our correspondent banks to Trace wires Recall wires and provide Proof of Payment Research returned wires and notify client contact staff after verifying WUBS' did not make the error. Resolve all recon investigations in the quickest way possible. Log and maintain accurate information in the Investigations Management System as well as Salesforce.com. Communicate in advance ay potential deviations from standard procedures Repurchasing/Reissuing or Repurchasing Refunding all payments as needed. Communicate advance in advance any potential loss to the company by advising Senior management as soon as problem arises.
