We are looking for individuals like you with the drive to turn their visions into reality by the 1st of April 2017. This unparalleled 18-month opportunity is designed to equip you with the skills you need to succeed in a competitive international environment and prepare you to take on a guaranteed position at BMW afterwards. Supported by an experienced mentor, you'll have the chance to work abroad, join dynamic teams tackling exciting and varied projects - and build your own invaluable network of global contacts.
    You should have:
    * An above-average university degree in marketing or communications. A specialisation in Digital Marketing or Analytics would be considered an asset.
    * At least six months of relevant practical experience in Digital Marketing (study-related or professional).
    * An understanding of the basic principles of paid, owned and earned spaces within digital communications, knowledge of the automotive or motorcyle market would be considered an asset.
    * At least four months' experience of studying, working or travelling abroad.
    * Fluency in German and English (additional languages would also be advantageous).
    * A customer-centric approach to marketing always striving for a positive overall user experience (UX).
    * Excellent strategic and both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
    * Drive, determination and a willingness to take on responsibility with the ability to make tough decisions (even if they are not popular).
