Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w) Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl For the Business Group Valeo Holding Group we are as of now searching at our location Bietigheim-Bissingen:Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f)The mission of this position includes leading strategic talent acquisition on a regional basis for Germany; Assisting in positioning Valeo as an employer of choice; Driving company and job marketing, talent attraction, evaluation and selection; Managing recruiting team; Ensuring respect of Group HR processes and of legal obligations. Your responsibilities:Manage the employer brand strategy as it relates to talent acquisition, monitoring effectiveness on an ongoing basis and implementing enhancements as the company evolves.Sourcing and screening for German Valeo sites in close cooperation with HR Business Partner which enables a profound understanding of all searched positionsDevelop short and long term recruiting strategy to support business lines with a clear understanding of the business to drive the team toward execution of a successful recruiting strategy in order to meet business goals.Build regional talent acquisition infrastructure in terms of policies and procedures.Influence workforce planning to meet short and long term talent needs through demonstrates labor market expertise and knowledge of trends.Implement staffing solutions including identification and cultivation of partnerships with colleges, grad schools and professional organizations.Create and maintain campus relation programs including co-op/intern program to support the organization's talent acquisition and pipeline strategy.Lead effective talent selection initiatives by developing and implementing organizational programs and training for managers, HR Managers and Recruiters including but not limited to sourcing, evaluation and selection methodologies and Recruitment Toolkit.Develops programs and initiatives associated with recruiting/hiring a diverse workforce. Communicates on an ongoing basis with HR Network and business leaders regarding our diversity recruitment efforts and results.Manage talent acquisition staff including recruitment, development and retention to ensure talent acquisition goals are achieved. Establishes priorities/goals and acquisition plans for talent acquisition staff and forecast recruitment team resources (full time and contract personnel) to meet organizational goals.Your profile:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a focus in HR or Business, Mininmum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition in a complex corporate environment with a minimum of 2 years experience leading talent acquisition strategies/inititiatives/teams Excellent human relations and communication skills, strong motivating abilityFluency in German and English language is essentialYou will find a variety of tasks with performance-related compensation in an international environment, which gives you numerous ways to use your expertise independently and autonomously.
