Study Delivery Associate / Budget Specialist (f/m)
Overview The Study Delivery Associate / Budget Specialist provides operational and administrative support for project, study delivery activities and budget management with main responsibilities in the area of budget management including:
Ensure all information is kept up to date in planning and tracking tools for project and study level data Close cooperation with study team members to resolve discrepancies and escalate any issues appropriately Assist in preparing reports and presentations on the studies and projects Coordinate study budget planning and track status from start to end (review budget actuals vs. forecasts / monitor expenses)and escalate if necessary Provide support on contract development Support quality assessment/controls and inspections/audits as required Provide, file and archive study essential documents Support continuous improvement in the team Qualifications
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
Graduate degree (or equivalent), preferably in a life science field, or bachelor level with relevant working experience in Pharmaceutical/scientific environment Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of clinical trials (including ICH-GCP) is an asset Familiarity with basic finance and accounting principles in order to understand budget, invoices, cross charges and expense reports Good IT skills and knowledge of study related systems/ software Excellent English skills (verbal and written) What We Have to Offer
