Summary: Oversee, establish and maintain quality management system and quality assurance standards which adhere to regulatory requirements (ISO, UL, GMP).Ensure Quality Assurance follows best business practices and works to continually improve processes/procedures. Work with peers and management to develop strategic plans for the company. Primary Functions: The Sr. Quality Manager will be responsible for Quality Systems and Quality Engineering planning, implementation, simplification and compliance for BD's Medication Management Dispensing business at BD Rowa Kelberg Germany, providing Pharmacy automation equipment globally. This position will lead crossfunctional teams to affect change in product design as the product portfolio increases and will be responsible for the following functions: * Knowledge and experience of Design Control * Knowledge of Hardware and Software Design and Development * Primary contact for internal and external audits/inspections ISO & UL * Manage end-to-end quality process * Operate and manage quality assurance for manufacturing and supply chain * Lead BU Management Review process and provide significant input into BD Management Review * Responsible for monitoring and trending quality systems and reporting findings to facility senior management * Executes QA objectives for ROWA business in alignment with business plan goals and process improvement initiatives * Develops and maintains operating budget and capital spending for ROWA * Plans manpower requirements. Identifies and obtains staff capabilities needed to accomplish objectives. Supervise employees, giving work direction, training, performance feedback, and making hiring and termination decisions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required in an engineering or business discipline; advanced degree preferred * 6-10 years' in different industries experience preferred * 5-7 years' of management experience with the ability to manage and develop people at multiple locations * Hardware and Software Quality and Development understanding * Regulatory expertise preferred * Quality Engineering and Systems knowledge * Strong leadership skills required with the ability to work crossfunctionally * Strong communication skills required * Ability to be collaborative and proactive Key Attributes: * Work collaboratively * Solution oriented * Quality Systems experience * Design Control experience with emphasis on Hardware and Software We offer: Collaboration in a highly motivated global environment.
