We are currently looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer (m/f) - EMEA As Senior Industrial Engineer, you lead Best Business Pratice (BBP) and Best Practice Sharing (BPS) processes in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. You support Continuous Improvement Managers and Professionals in regards to opportunity identification and performance measurement. To deliver on these objectives, you lead regional BPS projects, follow-up on actions and develop and execute the regional BBP reporting strategy. You report to the Continuous Improvement Manager - EMEA and you will be based in our EMEA headquarters in Hannover, Germany. Your main responsibilities Provide leadership in establishing standardized work, tools and processes Identify best in class processes based on BBP metrics Build strong working relationship with plant personnel and understand plant processes, projects, productivity initiatives, metrics, etc. across numerous facility locations Organize and prepare best practice sharing workshops Identify and analyze performance GAPs in all production processes and translate to financial opportunities Develop and drive the Continuous Improvement Process Be the regional Power Solutions contact to global BBP team to analyze and improve data quality Your profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering Solid experience in Engineering area High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others Broad analytical perspective Strong communication skills Good project management skills Fluent in English; German and Spanish language skills are a plus Good Microsoft Office skills Your benefits As a technology leader, Johnson Controls notably lives on the creativity, capability and satisfaction of its employees.
