PAREXEL Nordic Operations is seeking to find an experienced and passionate consultant with an interest in business development. The generation of new clients, the ongoing relationship management with existing clients and the successful management of projects are essential to the growth, security and prosperity of the company. The candidate will be expected to play an instrumental part in the ongoing development and direction of the operations in the Nordics, being encouraged to bring with them ideas and aspirations to drive forward the business. We are looking for someone experienced in developing HTA submissions or building health economic models or specialized in research and statistics. Experience with Real World Evidence is highly desirable. Role objectives and aims: - Provide a high level of relationship management and liaison with new and existing clients.- Design project scopes, plans and deliverables and gain agreement for these from the client.- Project management of teams within HERON and have ultimate responsibility for timelines and quality of finished/delivered works.- Ensure all the staff under their guidance are adequately supported, motivated and directed.- Communication of major project deliverables to key client contacts.- A high degree of understanding of the health care systems in the Nordic countries and international healthcare agencies and their interaction with the pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotechnology industry.- Experience with HTA submissions or building health economic models or specialized in research and statistics. Real World Evidence experience is highly desirable.- Strong consultancy selling and negotiating skills .- Strong project management skills.- Good supervisory skills.- Ability to chair/lead meetings with senior client representatives.- A high degree of written accuracy and attention to detail.- Exceptional communication skills, especially in the relaying of technical information and project concepts.- Flexible, determined and self motivated.- Fluent in English and Swedish
