Crystal Ski is the UK and Ireland's most recommended ski company providing outstanding ski experiences both on and off the mountain. We're looking for Resort Account Controllers to join our team for the winter season across France, Austria and Italy. You'll be helping to make sure that the service our clients receive is nothing short of exceptional. What You Will Be Doing
• Set up the sales database at the start of the season • Assist with the training of resort staff on accounts processes • Driving to visit your resorts to perform further training, reconciliations & assistance • Manage accounting data and cash from a group of resorts, working closely with the resort teams • Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly customer bookings, work through variances and reconcile invoices for payment • Check resort banking and assist with credit card payment issues • Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently
What We Are Looking For
• You're great at working with other people - with enthusiasm. You're confident at building relationships over the phone and in person with both suppliers and staff • Someone who has strong communication skills and you are comfortable explaining detailed processes to others in a simplistic way, using a variety of medias • You're self-motivated and able to work on your own. Decision-making and taking the initiative comes naturally to you • You love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within deadlines • You have strong experience working with Outlook, Excel & Word • You have some French or German language skills, although this is not essential • You are comfortable driving overseas and are not daunted by doing so in snowy conditions. • You are highly numeric, preferably with accounts experience • You want the challenge of working overseas, like the idea of getting ski time but like the structure of an office with typical office working hours*
