We're looking for Office Operations - Reservations Executive staff to join our team for the winter season across France, Austria and Italy. You'll be helping to make sure that the service our clients receive is nothing short of exceptional. Helping to create an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive in resort to the moment they depart you'll be helping to create that special holiday experience that makes them want to return to us year after year. What You Will Be Doing
• Help keep our customers happy, deal with requests for info quickly and thoroughly • Communicate new bookings/cancellations to suppliers • Resolve over-bookings or unforeseen problems ensuring the right result for the customer • Action bed stock modifications through a database - source extra beds when we need them • Help departments such as Sales and Customer Service with accommodation queries • Help our resort teams with any specific queries about a customer's booking • Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently • Ensure our website content is correct by liaising with our Resort and Content departments • Play a role in airport operations or provide office support on a Saturday/Sunday for the resort and airport teams
What We Are Looking For
• You're great at working with other people - with enthusiasm. You're confident at building relationships over the phone and in person with both suppliers and staff • You manage your time really well and your attention to detail is high. You always produce work to a really high standard and have a strong grasp of written English • You're self-motivated and able to work on your own. Decision-making and taking the initiative comes naturally to you • You love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within deadlines • You're used to working with technology, Outlook, Excel & Word • Keeping on top of updates on various social media platforms is second nature to you • You can adapt easily to changing priorities and tasks at different times of the season • You're confident in another language and are keen to do more as you're chatty and like working with people - knowledge of a European language is essential • You want the challenge of working overseas, like the idea of getting ski time but like the structure of an office role* • You enjoy driving overseas and are not daunted by doing so in snowy conditions • You've experience in working in an office environment or something similar, but you're happy to be customer facing too • You can stay focussed and professional regardless of the situation
