We are currently looking to strengthen our Corporate Real Estate & Services team and are seeking an Office Manager for our Munich Office, to be responsible for all service, facility and administrative operations for the site, as well as providing support to our Langenfeld office.
Core responsibilities: A brief summary of duties you will be involved in as an Office Manager: - Executes local office moves, as well as maintaining facilities floor plans.
- Line management for Office Administrators based in Munich and Langenfeld. - Serves as Company liaison with building's property management team.
- Coordinating major projects related to construction and contracts management, ensuring everything is within budget. - Oversees building safety and security by issuing and tracking ID badges, as well as coordinate annual and semi-annual fire safety measures.
- Working closely with the Site Head and other departments to ensure smooth running of the office. - Addresses or gains respective property management assistance on all facility related requests. - Coordinates and ensures consistent service, supplies and pricing for vendor services which may include coffee service, food/drink vending machines, and recycling/document shredding services. - Oversees and maintains shipping/receiving and mailroom/distribution.
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills/experience: - Previous line management experience.
- Facilities and/or property management or office coordination experience, from a high level, required. - Shipping and receiving experience preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. - The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment is essential.
