As HR Business Partner, you support execution of HR activities across 22 countries in the EMEA region covering multiple HR areas. You assist in developing local policies, while ensuring alignment with standard practices and procedures. To deliver on these objectives, you develop and deliver integrated and inclusive HR services including, organization design, talent management, employee effectiveness, diversity and inclusion and change management. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
You report to the HR Director EMEA for sales and central functions and you will be based in our EMEA headquarters in Hannover, Germany. Your main responsibilities Provide management oversight and support to the HR sales country team Advise on professional development and quality performance Provide mentoring, coaching, performance assessment and feedback Give informal coaching, mentoring or guidance to local customers Manage multiple projects simultaneously, serving as the main point of contact and coordination for a variety of initiatives relating to Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Management, and Employee Development Support the execution of strategies to increase organization, team and individual performance Provide support in the areas of leadership and team development, organization effectiveness, and meeting facilitation Partner and negotiate with works council representatives and ensure execution of regional labour relation strategy #external
Your profile Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field Solid experience in human resources including employee relations Experience within collaborating in global matrix organization Experience with Headcount Planning, Budget Planning and other HR related reports preferred Demonstrated ability to influence business partners at multiple levels within a diverse organization to help drive business results Confident presenting and leading employee development sessions within HR processes (e.g Strategic Talent Review, Performance Calibration etc.) preferred Confident in negotiations with the works council and collaboration regarding company agreements Good knowledge of German (European) Employment law Good knowledge of Social Security Regulations and Payroll related matters preferred Fluent in English and German Your benefits As a technology leader, Johnson Controls notably lives on the creativity, capability and satisfaction of its employees.
