Working fully outsourced to and based at the offices of our global pharmaceutical client, you will be provide with operational expertise and be accountable for the successful cross-functional delivery of assigned global clinical trial(s), within agreed timelines and budget, and in alignment with all the applicable SOPs and regulatory requirements.
The Global Trial Leader is accountable for oversight of external service providers, planning and execution of both internally managed and outsourced trials, with scope from draft protocol elements document to availability of the Clinical Study Report and applicable disclosure of the trial results.
Desired skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) is required. Advanced degree in a scientific discipline and/or Master Degree is preferred. Strong operations experience in clinical trials within a pharmaceutical company and/or a CRO. Experience managing or leading global or regional teams in a virtual environment and strong expertise in vendor management is essential. Experience in Early Development clinical trials is preferred, as well as previous exposure to Immunology therapeutical area. Availability to travel up to 15% of the time, defined by business needs. Fluency in English is an absolute requirement.
