Mag Germany Automotive GmbH is searching for an Export Sales Specialist to be employed in Böblingen/Stuttgart with the following qualifications;
BA/BS or equivalent working experience,At least 2 years' experience in the field,Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a must, second language is a plus,Strong knowledge of MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,Experience in export processes,Being able to convince people and make sales to reach the sales targets,Teamwork, strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment,Innovative, creative and problem-solving mindset,Self-motivated, disciplined and well-organized,No obstacle for travelling (in or out of Germany),Have an active driver's license,Preferably female candidates.
Adding new customers into relevant market and creating customer portfolio,Analyzing markets and understanding their needs,Preparing presentations to introduce our products to the potential customers,Keep up the relations with the active customers by phone and email,Assisting to the international trade fairs and hosting the customers,Visiting customers in their home countries and preparing report about the market,Dealing with after-sales activities and improving customer satisfaction,Dealing with any supportive sales activities necessary for customer relations processes,Developing proposals / preparing proforma invoices including necessary commercial causes and incoterms,Responsible for quick and efficient response to export customers' enquiries or complaints,Follow-up on orders to ensure a timely delivery, including keeping customers informed of every phase and following them up in accordance with related departments,Responsible for preparing export documentation when necessary,Planning and implementing export sales activities,Defining and driving sales promotion activities in different territories,Reporting all sales operations, competitors' activities and field operations,Assisting in the development of the sales and marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets in given time periods,Assisting for the regional/country marketing budget in the best way; determining activities to be performed every year; monitoring and completing such activities,Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (CRM),Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts on trade portals,Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs and content used in our email sends,Maintaining strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic departments (i.e. Operation, Logistics, etc).
