Customer Service Specialist with Czech

  • Key responsibilities:

    • Selling product portfolio and services in order to meet sales and GPM targets
    • Manage product/service mix
    • Plan to make sure all daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are met
    • Proactive development of existing customers; delivering and maximizing service towards customers
    • Handle outgoing and incoming calls to profitably sell products and services for the allocated mid- and small customers
    • Handling orders with all relevant information to Customer
    • Provide telephone support supporting fellow ISH and contributing to team sales and margin objectives
    • To manage internal customer databases in CRM and ensure all records are current and updated

    Skills required:

    • Influencing customer buying decisions
    • Ability to identify and work with relevant business resources at Customer Service, Account Management, Trading, Finance
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities according to sales opportunities
    • Solid communication and active listening skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders both internally and externally
    • Self-motivated with the ability to operate collectively
    • Attention to detail
  • Education & Experience:

    • Educated to mid-level in business or related field
    • Previous experience in a structured customer service environment
    • Experience of servicing customers by phone.
    • Successfully delivering targets consistently in a very competitive market place
    • Operating in a highly competitive, dynamic and ambiguous environment
    • Excellent with MS Office and CRM
    • Fluent in English and Czech, both verbally and written
