Customer Account Manager - Musgraves Nr ref.: /JOBS.pl Reporting to the Customer Account Director for Musgraves, the Customer Account Manager (CAM) will be externally focused & lead an area of the business within the account. The CAM will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with Senior Customer contacts, responsible for the delivery of Turnover, Profitability and Business Building Terms budgets within allocated categories. It is their responsibility to create and deliver the Joint Customer Business Plan at a category level. Skills: Sales,Customer Service,Communication skills,Interpersonal skills ,Client Relationship Management,Customer Relationships Sectors: General Services,Sales Text title: ?Accountabilities Produce and execute category specific Joint Customer Business Plan. Relationship Management of Senior Trading Contacts (defined by category/customer). Resolution of Customer Category Trade Off's within defined area.
