Now we have a vacancy for aContact Specialist (1-year maternity cover)Position:Working within the growing Site Intelligence and Activation team, your role will be to develop commercial contract expertise within PPD through professional, diligent and proactive contract preparation and advice. The role requires the ability to draft, review and negotiate contracts according to Company policy, rules, practices and procedures, utilising your legal and commercial acumen; execution and filing of clinical trial agreements and associated contracts; tracking agreements in company's databases. You will work closely with global project teams to provide them with contract and legal support of a high calibre to meet tight deadlines.QualificationsRequirements:With legal or contracts negotiation experience and an understanding of the principles of contract and intellectual property law, you will have the ability and confidence to communicate effectively and liaise with clients and all levels of management. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in legal or a related subject, excellent spoken and written English, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, excellent MS Office skills.
