Responsibilities: Determine protocol and regulatory compliance at the sites Perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process from "start up" to "close out" Work on multi-national projects, with global teams and focus on delivering exemplary levels of customer service.Qualifications Qualifications: Life science degree - Pharmacy, Biology or other related Independent monitoring experience - at least 2 years Experience with interventional studies, at a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech company Fluency in EnglishDesirable requirements: In-depth understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines Experience with Oncology, Hematology or infectious diseases Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish languages Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines Advanced skills across all of the Microsoft packages Willingness to travelPPD knows that without it determined employees, we are not going to achieve the great results that we do, so we offer a great work-life balance and a motivational work environment, accompanied with a great package!
